🚨 BREAKING NEWS: FRANKLIN HAS BEEN ADOPTED! 🚨

OMG, apparently I’m a HOT COMMODITY! 😎

My foster mom just informed me that I’ve been ADOPTED and I’m moving to SEATTLE! That’s right, folks. At 12 years young, I’m packing my bags and heading off to start my new life with my forever mom AND a new sibling!

Who knew being this handsome would land me an all-expenses-paid relocation package?! 😂

I’ve still got a few weeks here before my big adventure, so I’ll be accepting belly rubs, treats, and all the attention I deserve until departure.

And just so we’re clear… I’M TAKING MY SWEATER! That Seattle weather isn’t going to catch this old man unprepared! 🧥😬

10 years in real estate and counting… and I have the eye twitch to prove it. 😂🏡

I’ve survived inspection reports longer than novels, last-minute lender surprises, and enough “quick questions” to know they’re never quick.

My hair may never recover, but getting my clients to the closing table still makes it all worth it. ❤️

Meet Franklin, our newest foster! 🐾💕 Turns out this handsome little gentleman is actually 12, not 10—just a little more distinguished than we thought! 🥰

We’ll spend some time getting to know him and assessing his needs to figure out the best next steps for him. For now, we’ll do what we do best: spoil him rotten and remind him how loved he is. ❤️
