We hear this one more than you'd think. Here's what comes up most:

- More outlets and USB ports in the right places
- Blocking in bathroom walls for future grab bars
- A dedicated home office with proper soundproofing
- Larger windows or an extra set of doors to the backyard
- More storage in the mudroom and laundry room than originally planned

The good news? When you build with REA Homes, we ask these questions before the walls close up. The time to think about what you'll wish you had is before construction, not after.

Ready to build it right the first time? Let's talk.

A high-performance home goes beyond standard building code to create a living environment that is:

✅ More energy efficient with lower utility costs
✅ Healthier with better indoor air quality
✅ More comfortable with consistent temperatures throughout
✅ Built to last with superior materials and construction methods

At REA Homes, every build is constructed with high performance in mind. Because a home should do more than just look good. It should feel good every single day you live in it.

A custom home should have everything you actually want. 🍷

A w**e cellar isn't just storage. When it's designed right, it's one of the first things you show off when guests walk in. Built into the architecture from the start, not squeezed in after the fact.

This is the kind of detail that makes a custom home feel completely yours.

Thinking about building? Let's talk about what's possible.
