Don Martone is an artist, writer, businessman, mentor and avid men's mental health & fitness advocate.

Over the last decade Don has owned and operated several successful businesses in real estate, fitness and media production which has lead him to live life on his own terms. Since his “Spiritual Death” in early Spring of 2020, he became obsessed with discovering and uncovering what it means to be “A High Performance Man.”

This obsession lead him down a dark and dangerous path into the full time research, ritual and practice of what he calls “The Big Three: Narcissism, Psychopathy and Machiavellianism.”

Don’s research into this often misunderstood and always obscure business of intersexual dynamics continues to this day. Don specializes in what he defines as “Day to Day Attraction & Repulsion” and the Masculine/Feminine energy relationship. He is the founder of MARTONEMOVES and PLAN D ENTERPRISES, two popular websites that encourage men to learn the power of developing their purpose, discipline, focus, emotional self control and the ability to understand and harness energy attraction to get what they want in life and their relationships. If you need professional help to rebuild attraction or restore a failing relationship, you can book an emergency email or phone/zoom consultation with Don by either of his websites, martonemoves.com or https://pland.club/

Wide-eyed. Deadpan. Unblinking. It’s showing up everywhere. And, quite frankly, it’s concerning.

Dubbed the Gen Z Stare, the term has taken off as millennials and older Gen Z workers describe trying to interact with younger coworkers and getting hit with what one user called “the blankest expression you’ve ever seen.” No nod, no “hi,” no smile. Just pure, frozen loading screen energy.

Talking about men and that goddamn mirror. Its proper application and its preffered demise. Live on Air, Wednesday 11.11.26 9PM on WNRI Radio 99.9FM & 1380AM

10/21/2026

Operated the board today. We’ll be turning up the volume and taking calls on 11.11.2026 @ 9PM LIVE on 1380AM/99.9FM

Fun WNRI facts:

• Signed on the air on November 28, 1954, by broadcast engineer Joseph Britt on Diamond Hill Road in Woonsocket, with the call sign standing for Northern Rhode Island.

• Early Era: Featured local music, disc jockeys (such as Dick "Rockin' Dick" Bouchard starting in the mid-1950s), and community events like the annual Thanksgiving turkey hunts.

• Bouchard Ownership: Taken over by Bouchard Broadcasting Inc. in 2004, operated heavily by brothers Roger and Dick Bouchard, who have maintained its small-market, "town square" presence.

• Format Evolution: Transitioned from music and local variety to a heavy mix of local news, political call-in talk radio, and heritage weekend blocks (including traditional polka and French-language programming).

• FM Expansion: Added translator W260DC at 99.9 FM to complement its legacy 1380 AM signal.
