the best weekend of the year is almost here 😍♥️🩸✨

Hey, y’all!

As we gear up for fan weekend, we’d like to remind everyone that our schedule is set. Please understand that we cannot change our schedule for the ticketed events for any reason. We have volunteers to help you get from place to place for the selfies, autos, & meet-and-greets, but the schedule for the ball and roast is set and non-negotiable.

We worked hard to avoid overlapping events, but the ball has been on Saturday since last year.

We also can’t take on any more talent. We are a small business, not a con, and are at capacity with what our staff can handle. We love y’all so much and wish we could be the hero in every situation, but we are doing the best we can with who we have!

This weekend is only possible because of y’all, the fans. The ones who have supported us for almost two decades now. All we want is for you to visit Mystic Falls and have an unforgettable weekend with some of the best people we know.

We hope that everyone gets to meet everyone they want and attend all the events they want.

We’ll see y’all in, OMG, a week???
