Steven Gross grew up on the Outer Banks and graduated from East Carolina University where he specialized in Commercial Tourism Management. As a native of the Outer Banks, he has witnessed the growth and potential that the island offers. He has worked closely with his family to personally be involved with the development of the area in the construction and furnishings industry. However, his passion for Real Estate stemmed from his Grandfather who owned his own firm in Virginia Beach, VA. Prior to sales, Steven worked at different golf courses on the OBX and was a manager at a resort community in Corolla. He has also served as a Rental Manager for Twiddy and Company. His experience and patience makes him an ideal candidate for those interested in purchasing property for investment, second home, or buying for the first time. My goal is to deliver superior hospitality and customer service to those interested in joining or visiting our community.
