📉 Fewer listings, more buyers: Lake Norman’s September numbers are in.

New listings dropped more than 11% from last September, while pending sales ticked up. Here’s how the month shook out:

🔹 New Listings: 209 (down 11.4% from 2025)
🔹 Pending Sales: 171 (up 3.6% from 2025)
🔹 Days on Market: 69 (up 3.0% from 2025)

What it means: buyers are still out there and writing contracts, but they have fewer new homes to choose from than a year ago.

For sellers, less competition is an opening, as long as the price and presentation are right, since homes are taking a few extra days to go under contract.
