TEAM CHAMPION: Stephanie Wess Realtor – From Inclines to Addresses, The Matchmaker of the Three Rivers
Born in New York and spending much of her childhood in El Salvador, Stephanie Wess developed an early perspective on hard work and gratitude that later guided her journey through nursing school, working as a pharmacy technician, and raising her family. After settling in Pittsburgh in 2014, a real estate podcast inspired her to pivot her career toward helping families find their place, leading her to earn her license in 2019 and join the Yost McKenzie Team. Rather than focusing solely on property specifications, Stephanie specializes in matching clients with the Pittsburgh neighborhood lifestyle that best suits them, utilizing lifestyle-focused social media and dedicated support to guide newcomers and local buyers alike. Outside of real estate, she balances raising her two children, Soleil and Brayden, with youth sports, local Pittsburgh exploration, and sponsoring Latina networking events to empower other local businesswomen.
