I'm over the moon and totally relieved that we're finally under contract. The last 24 hours were an absolute whirlwind of calls, showings, and negotiations. I had no clue what chaos would ensue when my seller dropped a record-breaking price reduction bombshell. Let's just say it got the attention of every realtor within a 500-mile radius and I'm pretty sure I've logged more phone time than a teenager on a sugar high. Thank you and goodnight.
