I met the sweetest couple at an open house a few months ago, and while I reframed from sinking my realtor claws into them, I knew (along with their daughter who is a fellow neighbor) that we HAD to get them into this neighborhood. 😂

Fast forward and they’re officially our newest neighbors! I already know they’re going to fit right in. I cannot wait for everyone to get to know them!

But with the sweet comes the sad. This sale also meant saying our final goodbye to some of the greatest neighbors we’ll ever have as they made their move back to Texas to be closer to family. We’re so happy for them, but goodness... they're so missed.

Turns out you can teach an old Dawg new tricks!🥂

Officially adding Associate Broker to the resume. A goal I quietly decided I wanted, worked toward in the middle of selling houses, raising 2 babies (sometimes 3. Jk babe ilysm)... and am pretty dang proud to say I finished!

The knowledge I gained to become a better advocate for my clients has been invaluable, and it's a title I'll wear proudly.

We stuck with these buyers for a while, and eventually the pieces fell into place with a ZERO contingency offer for my sellers AND a 3 week close. 🤩👏🏼

Definitely bittersweet to see some of our favorite neighbors moving away, but I couldn’t love the ending more. The new buyers will be just down the street from their grandbabies, and I already know they’re going to fit right in around here!
