Big changes are coming to Old North Columbus!

A new food hall project has received approval to transform two historic buildings on Arcadia Avenue into a dining and gathering destination!

Originally built in 1949, these former utility buildings could soon have a new purpose, featuring multiple kitchen spaces, indoor and outdoor dining, food trucks, and areas for the neighborhood to come together.

Beyond bringing new food options to the area, this redevelopment could create opportunities for local entrepreneurs, attract visitors, and bring new life to a long-vacant property.

As Columbus continues to grow, projects like this are helping shape the future of our neighborhoods while preserving pieces of their history.
