Roth Real Estate Group is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join our team in Columbus, Ohio.
This full-time, in-person role will oversee a portfolio primarily consisting of retail and office properties throughout Central Ohio.
We’re looking for someone with direct commercial property management experience who is proactive, organized and comfortable taking ownership of day-to-day property operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with tenant and owner communication, vendor coordination, property inspections, budgeting, operating expenses, CAM reconciliations, lease administration and Yardi.
Key qualifications include:
• Commercial property management experience required
• Retail and office property management experience strongly preferred
• Experience managing multi-tenant commercial properties
• Working knowledge of Yardi
• Strong tenant, owner and vendor communication skills
• Experience with budgets, operating expenses and CAM reconciliations
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously
• Reliable transportation for local travel throughout Central Ohio
