The Rental Group LLC (Onsite Inspections) is contracting local property inspectors in and around Alabama/ Georgia. We've completed 1,900+ inspections for mortgage lenders and servicing companies, and we're adding dependable people to our local roster.

What you'll do:
Go through our onboarding process to qualify, then complete the required training. Drive to assigned residential and commercial properties, take exterior and interior photos, and complete a standard condition report through our dashboard. Most inspections take 20-40 minutes each.

Requirements:
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Smartphone with a working camera
- Able to follow inspection checklists and meet deadlines
- Someone who shows up, communicates, and does clean work

Pay:
Flat rate per completed inspection - $15-$20 (more depending on type/distance)
- usually paid upon completion of each assignment. This is independent
contractor (1099) work. You accept the jobs that fit your week.

No fees to start. No experience required - we provide the protocols and
