I have had the distinct pleasure to assist home buyers and sellers manifest their desires in the area of homeownership since 1998 and it gets better every day. I have been blessed and afforded this opportunity not only through real estate sales but also through educating buyers and sellers. Through numerous contacts and business relationships, I have been able to be a viable resource for home repairs/modification, saving homes through mortgage restructuring, strengthening credit and buying power for consumers and much more. You don't have to be buying or selling a home to need help so I don't require that either to give help. The smallest action done by one person to better the quality of life of another person makes an explosively positive change to the surrounding area, neighborhood, city, county, state, country and eventually, the world. If I'm not able to help, my mission is to find someone who can. Look at me as a human "linking mechanism" creating positive relationships.
