Its October and the temps are finally falling. But real estate thinks its still summer with hot sales! We closed three homes this week. And each one is special.
Family: This sweet family of 6 outgrew their first home. But we helped them find their dream home in Harris County with not only space for everyone inside but plenty of acreage to roam and play outside!
Homeowner: 6 years ago at the age of 22 made his first home purchase. He has now passed it along to a first-time homeowner who is 20 and so excited to begin her life building future equity and wealth.
Veteran: At the young age of 72 made his first home purchase and finally has a place of his own to enjoy with his two dogs.
I'm so excited for all of these precious clients. And honored they chose Hannah and I to help them step into the next great chapter of their lives!
Are you ready to start your next chapter? Is it time to sell the home you currently own and write a new story? Are you tired of renting (and building equity for someone else) and ready to turn the page? Let's chat!
