Our team spent the day volunteering at JA BizTown, where students run their own simulated town. They took on jobs like CEO, banker, and mayor, earned paychecks, managed bank accounts, and kept their businesses running.

If today was any sign, these students have a bright future ahead!

Thanks to Junior Achievement for having us! 🏦

Healthcare is moving closer to the consumer. Urgent care, dental, physical therapy and veterinary practices are increasingly opening in shopping centers, a trend known as "medtail." But finding the right space takes more than finding an empty storefront.

Our latest blog explores six reasons tenant representation matters in a medtail search, at no fee to the tenant, including:

1) An available space doesn’t necessarily mean it’s suited for medical use. Plumbing, power, HVAC and parking needs can all be different for healthcare.

2) A street-level view of the market can reveal what demographic data alone may miss.

3) Zoning and approval requirements can vary from one city to the next.

Mia Vennemeyer, an associate who specializes in medical office, shares her perspective on what to consider when navigating a medtail search.

Ready. Set. RACE! 🛏️🏁

Our team traded the office for a decorated bed this weekend at the Furniture Bank of Central Ohio's 10th annual Bed Race: Paul Groves Rally for a Furnished Future, presented by Safelite. We're proud to say we rolled across the finish line in 3rd place! 🥉

Every dollar raised helps ensure every family in our community has a fully furnished home.

Thank you to the Furniture Bank of Central Ohio for organizing such a fun event, and to everyone who raced, rallied and donated!

A huge shoutout to our racers: Angela Zarate, Nicole Wolford, Hitzamar Hidalgo, Max Kaiser, Mitchell Moore, Mariana Hawley, Jenna Loxterman, Andrew Schnitkey, Matt Gregory, and David Loxterman! 👏

Sometimes, improving a property’s performance starts with taking a closer look at the services already in place.

At 460 Polaris Parkway, a competitive vendor review helped ownership achieve approximately $180,000 in savings over three years while expanding janitorial services to include dedicated day porter coverage.

The result: more consistent service, stronger operational oversight, improved building presentation, and a better tenant experience.

A good reminder that the right vendor, the right process, and the right oversight can make a measurable difference.
