Not loving the neighborhood you plan to trick or treat in? Next year, be in the place you’d love to walk through!

Let’s talk.

The last steps of the custom home build process are signing your contract and meeting the team! Then, construction begins!

Nobody has ever complained about having too much storage in their home. That’s what it’s something our team deems necessary to plan for in your custom home.

We love creating hidden closets or beautiful custom pieces to add even more storage to your custom home.

Let’s chat about another feature our team recommends considering in your build: budget!

Do you have your lot already purchased or will it be financed as well?
What is the most you’d be willing to spend?

Don’t wait too long to decide this part; it ends up driving a lot of decisions!

The most important meeting in the build process: blueprint and design.

Sit down with our team and make ALL the edits you can dream of. Move walls, enlarge rooms, change closets, etc.

What are some things you’d want to make sure to include in this meeting?

We were so excited to get to celebrate 25 years of Granny's House! It was even more fun to get to celebrate the new addition that AHF just completed for them.

We love being a part of Columbia, Missouri! What an awesome place to live.

Earlier this month, we shared what our team thought were the most important things to consider when building. Now, let’s break them down.

Let’s chat about a functional floorplan. Here are some general prompts to consider:
How many children live at home and will any share a room?
Do you need extra space for a playroom or guests?
Do you want laundry closest to the bedrooms?
Do you want your primary suite upstairs or downstairs?

What are some other things you’d consider?

Want to know the next steps in our build process?

After your phone call with our sales team, you will meet with our owner, Russ Anderson, to discuss all the details of your build. Once this has been done, our team will send documents to sign! Next, the fun stuff starts!
