🏡 City of Columbia to Host Public Meeting on Proposed Infill Development Standards
The City of Columbia Development Services Department is inviting community members to attend a Public Meeting on Proposed Infill Development Standards.
The proposed standards would provide guidance for new development on vacant or underutilized lots within established areas of Columbia.
The goal is to help preserve the character of existing neighborhoods while allowing for thoughtful consideration of future infill development. Community input will help inform potential updates to the City’s zoning ordinance.
