RELOCATION DAY ✈️🎊
Congratulations are in order for my client Dr. C, who officially relocated to Fairfax!
An out-of-state agent referred her to me as she prepared for her move to Northern Virginia. We connected, created a plan, and from there I helped her navigate the details that can make relocating feel overwhelming… from commute times, neighborhoods, traffic patterns, proximity to work, utilities, timelines, paperwork and more, all while she was still living in another state.
For my relocation clients, my role includes virtual showings, narrowing down areas based on commute and lifestyle, touring properties on their behalf, communicating with listing agents and/or sellers, negotiating terms, coordinating walkthroughs, assisting with move-in details, and ultimately being the local set of eyes they don’t have yet.
The goal is simple: make the transition feel organized instead of overwhelming.
Today, all of the phone calls, property tours, negotiations and moving pieces turned into one thing: HOME. 🏡❤️
