🏡❤️ A first-time homebuyer closing AND one huge family surprise!

This closing was extra special for me. My brother and his family are officially first-time homeowners!

My brother and I are Florida natives, but after moving away to North Carolina, he met his wife, built a beautiful family, and made a life there. Now, he’s officially coming home to Florida... and bringing his family with him! 🌴❤️

The best part? My parents had absolutely NO idea. 🤫 We managed to keep their plans to move back to Florida AND the entire home purchase a secret from them.

And somehow the timing worked out so that we closed on their very first home on my 40th birthday! 🎉 After closing, we finally got to surprise my parents with the news that their son and grandkids weren’t just visiting… they were moving back to Florida! 🥹

Getting to guide my brother and his wife through buying their first home was already incredibly special. Getting to hand them the keys on my 40th birthday and then watch my parents realize they were going to have them close by made this one pretty hard to top.
