Fall is here and so is baking season! I came across this Snickerdoodle Cobbler recipe and had to make it—warm, buttery, and perfectly spiced. Highly recommend! 🤎✨

Ingredients:
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
2 1/2 cups (300 g.) all-purpose flour
1 cup (215 g.) packed light brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1 1/4 cups whole milk
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1 cup (200 g.) granulated sugar
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 1/2 cups hot water
Vanilla ice cream, for serving

Directions:

Step 1
Arrange a rack in center of oven; preheat to 350°. Pour melted butter into bottom of a 13" x 9" baking dish.

Step 2
In a large bowl, whisk flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add milk and vanilla and whisk until combined (a few lumps are okay). Gently spoon batter over butter, trying not to mix the two together.

Step 3
In a small bowl, whisk granulated sugar and cinnamon. Pour over batter in an even layer. Slowly pour hot water over sugar mixture.

Step 4
Bake cobbler until golden and puffed, 30 to 35 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes. Serve with ice cream alongside.

Football season is back, which means game day bites are on repeat! 🏈 ✨ If you’re hosting this weekend, this recipe is guaranteed to be a hit.

Ingredients:
12 frozen chicken nuggets
2 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
1 (12-pack) dinner rolls
12 slices mozzarella cheese (about 8 oz.)
3/4 cup marinara sauce
1/4 cup prepared pesto
2 Tbsp. salted butter, melted
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning

Directions:
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Put the chicken nuggets on the baking sheet, sprinkle with 1 tablespoon parmesan, and bake according to the package directions.

2. Split the dinner rolls in half horizontally with a long serrated knife, keeping the rolls attached. Slide the nuggets to the side of the pan and place the roll bottoms on the baking sheet, cut-side up. Top with 6 slices of mozzarella to cover, tearing the cheese as needed to fit. Top each roll bottom with a chicken nugget and some marinara sauce. Cover with the remaining mozzarella. Spread the pesto on the cut side of the roll tops, then place on top of the sliders.

3. Preheat the oven to 375˚F. Combine the melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl. Brush on the roll tops and sprinkle with the remaining 1 tablespoon parmesan. Bake until the mozzarella is melted and the rolls are golden, 10 to 12 minutes.
