I'm a real estate agent, but I'm also a hobby farmer. Sheep, goats, a cow, chickens, geese, a peacock (yes, really), five bee hives, and a garden that keeps me busy. So when folks tell me they want a little land of their own, I get excited! 🏡

🌱 Water: Is there a well, a pond, or a creek? Livestock and gardens are thirsty.

🌱 Barns & outbuildings: Are they usable, or a weekend-for-the-next-year project?
🌱 Distance: How far is the feed store, the vet, and the grocery?
