In the wee hours of the morn, after thrice attempts, our proffer was embraced. Ecstatic is an understatement. I should eat some Lucky Charms!

I've always said that when the rates gets rough, it's the agents and investors that carry the market. I'm currently under contract on my 4th investment property. We'll see if we can make this happen!

When people call me looking for a rental, my first question is, "Why not buy?" You see, once you come up with first, last, deposit, pet fee, etc, you might as well buy and have the same payment. Congrats, Jennifer Flexen!!!
