Princeton Commons Welcome to Princeton Commons, now proudly under the management of Princeton Properties! Now proudly managed by Princeton Properties.

Princeton Commons, formerly Winter Street Commons, is located right in beautiful downtown Claremont, NH. Our apartment homes are conveniently located close to schools, parks and shopping! We are within walking distance to Walmart, and many of the areas restaurants as well as the Claremont Opera House for your evening entertainment! There is plenty of green grass to play catch with your children and a few beautiful parks just down the road. With a full time professional Maintenance and Management staff, Princeton Commons is there to provide you an exceptional experience. Grounds crew and maintenance work hard to keep our facility safe and clean for comfortable living for all of our tenants. All rental units include an air conditioner and dishwasher furnished in each apartment. And there is always plenty of off-street parking for tenants and visitors!

Claremont Parks & Recreation is excited to help spread the word about the annual Moody Park Spooky Ride, proudly hosted and sponsored by The Wheel House Bike Shop!

Gather your family, grab your bikes, and get ready for a Halloween-themed adventure through the beautiful trails of Moody Park! Along the way, riders will encounter spooky decorations, festive surprises, and Halloween-themed fun that will make this a memorable fall experience for the whole family!

🚴 TWO SPOOKY RIDES TO CHOOSE FROM!

👻 FAMILY SPOOKY RIDE

Perfect for families with younger children and those looking for a more relaxed adventure!

This shorter, Halloween-themed loop begins at the Moody Park entrance gate, travels along the Pine Entrance Trail to Shady Pines Loop, and returns to the gate.

Enjoy a fun, family-friendly ride with a little Halloween excitement along the way!

🌲 ADVENTURE TRAIL RIDE

Looking for a little more excitement? Our experienced ride leaders will guide riders up Indian Trail and down Stump Jumper Trails for a more challenging mountain biking experience.

This option is perfect for riders who are comfortable navigating trails and want to enjoy some extra adventure!

🌙 BONUS: NIGHT SHOP RIDE!

As the sun goes down, The Wheel House will host a special Night Shop Ride for volunteers and cycling enthusiasts looking to keep the adventure going after dark!

🔦 Bike lights are required for the night ride.

⛑️ A properly fitted helmet

🔦 Bike lights, especially if riding after dark

👻 Your favorite Halloween costume (bike-safe, of course!)
