Iā€™ll make myself uncomfortable if it means another woman gets to feel a little less alone.

There are things Iā€™ve shared on here that I never imagined Iā€™d be talking about publicly. Things that are personal, painful, and honestly still really hard to put into words.

But every time I open up, Iā€™m reminded why I do it. The messages from women saying ā€œI went through this tooā€ or ā€œIā€™ve never told anyone this beforeā€ mean more to me than I can explain.

I know how isolating it can feel when youā€™re convinced nobody else understands what youā€™re going through. I also know how much it can mean to find out youā€™re not the only one.

I canā€™t change the difficult things Iā€™ve experienced, but I can choose to do something meaningful with them.

And if that means trading a little of my own comfort to give someone else a little more of theirs, Iā€™ll do it every single timešŸ©·
