Lets talk Real Estate! πŸ‘πŸ“²

The second you start putting yourself out there, people are going to judge you.

They’ll laugh. Pick things apart. Tell you what they would’ve done differently.

And a lot of the time, it’s coming from people who are too afraid to put themselves out there in the first place.

That’s one of the hardest parts about staying consistent. It becomes a mental game.

You have to get comfortable knowing not everybody is going to understand what you’re building.

That’s okay.

It’s your vision. Your goals. Your life.

Let them laugh.

If people are talking, you’re probably doing something right. πŸ˜‚

Meanwhile, I’ll keep building Living in Central New York one video at a time.

If you know somebody thinking about moving to CNY, send them the channel.

And if you want my FREE Central New York Master Relocation Guide, comment β€œGUIDE” below and I’ll send it over.

We’ve taken a few hits on this one πŸ˜‚

The market spoke, we listened, and we’re improving the price again.

806 Belmont Street is now $189,900 and the seller is motivated to get this one sold.

If you’ve been looking in the Rome area and want to be in a new home before Christmas, this could be worth a look. 🏑

I also have a full house tour video if you want to see more before scheduling a showing.

Comment β€œROME” below and I’ll send you the details + full tour.

Know somebody thinking about moving to Central New York?

Send them my YouTube channel: Living in Central New York 🏑

I’m building the channel around the stuff people actually want to know before moving here - neighborhoods, suburbs, home prices, lifestyle, pros/cons, and what different parts of CNY are actually like.

I also put together a FREE Central New York Master Relocation Guide to help make the move a little easier.

Comment β€œGUIDE” below and I’ll send it over.

And yes… I already know I need to add a few more suburbs to the guide πŸ˜‚

The market always gives you feedback.

This one hasn’t sold yet, and in my opinion, it mostly comes down to price.

Sometimes you adjust, learn, and keep moving.

Want the details on this Rome property? Comment β€œROME” below and I’ll send them over.

You don’t need more time. You need to start.

I’ll never forget the days I used to drive 20–25 minutes to Barnes & Noble just to get into a different environment and put myself into β€œwork mode.”

There was nothing glamorous about it. I was just trying to focus, learn, build something, and figure things out as I went.

Looking back, those days mattered more than I realized.

Once I started consistently showing up, getting out of my own way, and allowing myself to fail forward, everything started to change.

Whether you believe in God, the universe, or something bigger than yourself, I’ve always believed that when you put good into the world, work hard, and keep moving forward, good things have a way of finding you.

I’m nowhere close to where I want to be yet.

But this is your reminder:
Don’t be afraid.
Take action.
Start before you’re ready.
And keep showing up.

That’s how you get there. YOU vs YOU. You got this πŸ’ͺ

It’s pretty interesting what starts happening when you consistently show up and actually do the things you said you were going to do.

People start noticing. Conversations happen. Opportunities start showing up that you probably never would’ve imagined a few years ago. But something I’ve been learning is that not every good opportunity is the RIGHT opportunity.

It’s easy to get distracted by something that looks more lucrative or offers an easier path to making money. And there’s nothing wrong with taking those opportunities if they align with what you want.

I’ve spent way too much time building something I’m genuinely passionate about to start chasing every shiny object that comes my way.

Sometimes I look at it like this… somebody could offer you a pretty nice paycheck, but what are you potentially giving up in exchange?

Your time? Your freedom? The thing you’ve spent years trying to build?

I didn’t start this journey because I thought it would be easy. I started because I believed in what I was building, and I still do.

The more momentum I build, the more committed I become to seeing it through.

Not every opportunity deserves a yes.

Keep building πŸš€

You can still find homes under $200K in parts of CNY πŸ‘€πŸ‘

With more jobs and investment coming into the area, it’s going to be interesting to watch how this market changes over the next few years.

Love Rome or hate it… people definitely have opinions πŸ—£οΈ
