I’m a day late on this post. Today marks the start of year #6 for me. At the beginning, I used a different platform. I’m now starting my third inspection software.
It’s kind of wild that I’m outlasting some of these software programs. I’m here for it, though!
I wanted to share exact numbers of how many inspections I have to date but I do not have the exact numbers.
I’m around 1500-2000. It’s been a lot of 7 day work weeks, 16-18 hour days, vehicle problems, lost specialty tools, some curse words and long stretches of gas station food.
I’ve met so many people and have been privileged to be a part of their home buying process.

As some of you know, I’ve been doing alot of aerial photography lately. I’m thankful for these opportunities as well!
Over the last few weeks, I’ve been trying to separate the two businesses. I’m happy to announce, I’ve officially registered with the state of MN for my aerial photography. It took a few tries as the names were taken.
Wild North Aerial Co.
I have some other ideas planned with it as well- Stay tuned!
So far, I’ve done some aerial photography, video for commercials, video for proposed trail routes, photos for a couple of cities for various projects, helped locate some missing animals and of course, looked at a lot of roofs and chimneys
I couldn’t have done any of this without you all. I’m going to do some more giveaways at the end of the year to show my appreciation😊
