Believe The Hype Born in New Orleans, LA, Will Higgins grew up living the true meaning of "Southern Hospitality".

As a young man, he also worked in some of the finest hotels in the city. It was there that he discovered his love for meeting new people and providing great customer service. Since then, he hasn't met a person that he would consider a stranger. Will has an undergraduate degree in business and a MBA in Marketing from Clark Atlanta University. After graduation, Will spent the first 10 years of his career in logistics/transportation sales selling to rental car companies all the way up to high end department stores. Will's love for real estate started in undergrad when his late grandfather gifted him a home. Shortly after that transaction, he purchased another rental property and he was hooked. Something I remind sellers about a lot: your home doesn't have one price. It has three.

💰 The list price — what we put it on the market for.

💰 The contract price — what a buyer agrees to pay.

💰 The closing price — what it actually sells for after inspections, negotiations, and everything in between.

This one started with a YouTube video on a community in Ontario Ranch and ended with keys in Huntington Beach 🏡🔑🌊

Dylan and Carly found me looking up homes in Ontario Ranch and reached out.

They were living in Huntington Beach at the time, so they drove out to take a look. 🚗

Then the cows said hello. 🐄😂 Carly took one breath of that country air and said “nope.”

A few days later, Dylan called me. He said, “Will, it’s not gonna work. We want to stay in Huntington Beach. Can you help us?”

Of course I said yes. 🙌🏽

One week later, we found the one. 🏠
30 days later, we handed them the keys. 🔑
