Pine, pine, and MORE pine! 🌲🔨

It’s been a busy week at camp! From insulation to spruce decking in the loft and pine throughout the kitchen, dining, and living room, we’ve been putting in the work!

Every board brings us one step closer, and this place is FINALLY starting to come together! There’s still plenty left to do, but seeing our vision turn into reality makes it all worth it. ❤️🏡

Move-outs are always an adventure when you’re a landlord! 😅

Two days of cleaning and hauling things out, one dump trailer completely full—and we’ll probably have another one before we’re done.

Unfortunately, the new flooring was ruined, and what started as a clean-out turned into replacing some subfloor too. Because apparently one project always turns into five. 😂

It’s definitely not the fun or glamorous side of owning rentals, but we’ll get there! A little more work, and some new flooring and this place will be ready for its next chapter. 🏡🔨

It’s all about the details for me. ❤️ I usually have the vision in my head, and then it’s up to Eli to figure out how to bring it to life. 😂

Like this custom gable fan for Springfield. 😍 I knew exactly what I wanted, and he absolutely nailed it. Once this is installed, it’s going to be the perfect finishing touch!

One of my favorite parts of what we do at ME Property Group is taking an idea and turning it into something completely custom. 🔨🌲

The details make the difference. The color pallet is Early American stain, Muddled Basil from sherwin-Williams with black windows, Keeping this perfectly blended into the forest landscape.
