A warm coat can make a world of difference when the temperatures start to drop. 🍂

As we head into the colder months, it's the perfect time to clean out those closets and give back to our Chico community!

If you have gently used winter coats that are no longer being worn, consider donating them to one of these local organizations helping our neighbors stay warm this season.

🧥 Chico Community Church
🧥 Safe Space Winter Shelter
🧥 Chico Rescue Mission

Swipe through for donation locations and details!

One small act of kindness can make a big difference for someone in our community. Let's come together and help keep Chico warm this winter!

❤️ Save this post for later and share it with a friend who might have a coat or two to donate!

A little kindness goes a long way, especially when it's delivered right to someone's doorstep! 🍂

Fall is the perfect time to spread a little warmth around your neighborhood, and a cozy "Boo Basket" is such a fun way to do it!

Fill a basket with a few seasonal favorites like a vanilla candle, locally roasted coffee, a soft blanket, fall decor, or a bottle of w**e. Add a handwritten note, and you've created a thoughtful surprise that's sure to make someone's day.

One of my favorite things about living in the Chico area is the sense of community, and little gestures like this are a wonderful way to keep that neighborly spirit alive.

If you were receiving a Boo Basket, what would you hope to find inside? Tell me in the comments!

An elegant fall porch doesn't have to be complicated! 🍂

Sometimes, the simplest touches make the biggest difference when it comes to welcoming the new season.

Start with two beautiful mum plants to add a pop of autumn color, arrange a few pumpkins around your entryway, and finish with a strand or two of warm white string lights for that cozy, inviting glow.

That's it! Just three simple additions can transform your front porch into a beautiful fall welcome for family, friends, and neighbors.

Whether you're getting your home ready to sell or simply love decorating for the season, a little curb appeal goes a long way!

What's your favorite way to decorate your front porch for fall?

Forget ghosts and haunted houses. There are a few things in real estate that are MUCH scarier! 👻

"We skipped the inspection."

"But Zillow says my home is worth more!"

Those are the kinds of phrases that give a Realtor nightmares!

Buying or selling a home doesn't have to be scary. With the right guidance, a little preparation, and a trusted professional in your corner, you can avoid some of the biggest real estate surprises.

What's the scariest real estate story you've ever heard? Share it in the comments!
