Congrats to Morgan Monaghan & Nihal Dantluri, who now call 5001 N Wolcott, Loft 204, home. Their search started on Sunday, April 19th, and we got to the finish line on September 28th. I like to use the word "WE" because it takes a team to make homeownership happen in a low-inventory market. Many weekend appointments over a 4-month period and 12 offers written. And the best part of the story is that I have known Nihal & Morgan for 4 years. They are tenants in a building that I managed for 15+ years at the corner of Sunnyside & Lincoln. I LOVE helping my tenants find their first home.

Feeling incredibly thankful as we head into the New Year! 🥂
I am beyond grateful for every client who trusted me with such an important chapter of their life. Thanks to all of you, this was my most successful year yet, and I couldn’t have done it without your support, encouragement, and referrals. How lucky am I that a high school friend called on NYE and asked me to help his son and daughter-in-law find a home in Chicago?
