This past weekend, we hosted one of our favorite events of the year: our annual client appreciation fall photos! 🍂📸

Year after year, we love getting to meet your newest little ones, watching your families grow, and catching up on all of life’s updates. Whether we last saw you at the closing table, another Home Collective event, or last year’s photoshoot, we love any chance we get to be together in person!

The feeling of a past client’s name popping up in our inbox never gets old! 🫶 Garrett & Patricia bought their Ravenswood loft with K E L L Y P A R K E R | Realtor + Coach + Business Mentor & Casey Metz back in 2021. When they were ready for more space, they called us to make it happen!

This time around, Jackie Merlo expertly navigated both the sale and their new home purchase, timing everything perfectly so they never had to write an offer contingent on selling the loft first.

Their gorgeous Ravenswood loft sold for roughly $150K more than they paid, 12% over list price with multiple offers 🥳

Our clients closed out their city life on a high note: multiple offers within 48 hours of showings, $125K over asking, and a quick 3 week close.

This home held so many memories for them, and letting go is always bittersweet.
