You cannot split a single standard subpanel feeder across two separate conduit pipes (such as putting one hot wire in pipe A and another hot/neutral wire in pipe B).
Core Rules
All-in-one raceway: All circuit conductors (hots, grounded neutral, and equipment ground) for a given feeder/circuit must go inside the same single raceway or cable assembly per NEC 300.3(B).

Inductive heating: Splitting phase conductors across separate metal-encased or separate physical paths creates dangerous magnetic fields, heavy inductive heating, and severe vibration/hum in metal connectors/conduits.
