She loved the loft… until we figured out she didn’t. 😄

Met her at an open house — a one-bedroom loft. Gorgeous space, but the more we talked, the clearer it got: she didn’t want a loft. She wanted a modern two-bedroom condo.

So we pivoted the search and found her perfect fit — just closed at 330 W Grand, unit 1906, Chicago! ✅
