As we welcome the new year, I want to pause and say thank you. I’m truly grateful for the trust and collaboration shared with our residents, board members, and partners. Managing communities is about more than buildings and budgets ,it’s about caring for the places people call home.

My hope for the year ahead is health, peace, and many happy moments at home for every resident.
A strong community is built on trust, care, and connection, and I’m honored to be part of that.

I love my Hyde Park portfolio.
The buildings are beautiful, full of history and character, with the cool University of Chicago vibe.

Whenever I’m there, I also stop by Mircea Eliade’s grave, a Romanian author I deeply admire and who was once a professor at the University.
It’s a small ritual that keeps me connected to both my heritage and this amazing neighborhood.
