There’s something energizing about walking into a room filled with people who share a passion for real estate, new opportunities, and the possibilities that come from working together.

From reconnecting with longtime colleagues to making new connections, ICSC Midwest was a great reminder of the power of relationships and collaboration. The conversations throughout the event reflected a welcome sense of optimism, creativity, and positive momentum in the commercial real estate market.

I wear a lot of hats. 🙂 Today was a Hardhat tour of a new multi-family project in Chicago. Real Estate is also a passion - blending business and creativity. 👷‍♀️🎶 ROAM Real Estate Inc. Hardhat tours are always exciting!

There’s something special about seeing a project before it’s unveiled. Getting a behind-the-scenes look gives us a unique perspective on just how much planning, construction, creativity and collaboration go into bringing a building to life.

It’s one of my favorite parts of commercial real estate — seeing the vision before everyone else sees the finished product.
