Full-service real estate… now with a little tree service. 🌳🪜

After 130 days on the market with another agent, the owners of 30 Briarwood Trail hired me to bring a fresh approach.

We got to work: thoughtful updates with my handyman, refreshed lighting and fans, new skylights, fresh paint, landscaping, and staging. From the living room to the mailbox, every detail deserved attention.

The result? Under contract within 24 hours of going live.

We’re now nearing the end of attorney and inspection review, with one buyer request: trim the branches hanging over the roof.

When the buyer’s agent met me today to point them out, I grabbed my ladder and tree trimmer and got to work.

Apparently, “full service” includes a little pruning. Consider “honorary arborist” added to my résumé.

Getting a home under contract takes preparation, strategy, and follow-through. I’m here for all of it.

Less than 30 days from initial conversation with the owners to getting their Wrigleyville penthouse under contract.

They interviewed three agents. I was the last they spoke with and they ended the phone interview with “we hope to have an decision by tomorrow”

Within an hour, they sent me a text that they’d like to proceed with me.

I quickly got to work. Went to tour the property. Advised on staging & minor work.

Hired my professional photographer & cinematographer.

Got the photos back in 24 hours and immediately launch on the MLS the next day.

Hosted three open houses (Thurs night, Sat & Sun) then called for best & final on Monday.

We had three offers!

And I’m pleased to announce we just closed!

We discussed that the spring market would likely yield a higher price result, but time was of the essence and they trusted I could act quickly. And we did. It was a team effort all around. The sellers did a fantastic job getting the home ready. And while I hosted the showings and showed up for the inspection, my team supported the process in the background, especially our Director of Operations: Camille Parsons 🙏🏼 happy for my clients and their next chapter. This wasn’t without a few frustrations, but we got the job done ✅

25 years ago. I was in college, having breakfast before class, and overheard on the speakers in the dining hall that a plane flew into the World Trade Center. When I got to class a little late, I shared the news and I remember some kid in class (from NY) left to go check on his family.

In June (this year) I was able to visit the memorial. It’s a sobering reminder of the attack and the lives lost.
