🔧 Stay available for the first thing that breaks.

Because the dishwasher doesn’t care that you just paid closing costs.

The right balance depends on your loan options, monthly budget, and how long you expect to keep the mortgage.

You fall in love with the house. I read the fine print. ☕🏡

Nobody grows up dreaming about reading bank statements line by line.

But somebody needs to notice the deposit that needs documentation. Ask about the car payment missing from the application. And have the honest conversation about whether that monthly payment leaves room for your actual life.

That’s part of my job.
