Our employee resource groups are creating new and engaging opportunities for our associates to learn, grow and connect with one another. With events like financial planning with PACT, a book club with HAAPI, a discussion about breast cancer with Women@Bozzuto and so much more, our ERGs are creating meaningful experiences for our teams. The unwavering passion of our ERGs fosters a sense of belonging at Bozzuto, and we are excited to see what programming they do next.

During National Hispanic Heritage Month, we honor the lives, legacies and accomplishments of the Hispanic and Latino communities. This month, our employee resource group VIDA hosted events across our markets and a moving discussion about resilience and empowerment. To round out the month, they are volunteering with a local food pantry to help provide food to our neighbors in need. Thank you, VIDA, for a month of connection, education and impact.

To support our company’s purposeful growth to nearly 4,500 employees and 145,000 apartments under management across the country, our corporate headquarters will move from Greenbelt, Maryland, to the vibrant, mixed-use Maple Lawn community in Howard County, Maryland. Centrally located between Baltimore and Washington with easy access to BWI airport, the location strengthens our connectivity as we continue to grow our national footprint and reflects our focus on creating environments that support how we collaborate and innovate as a company. Meet Willie, The Reed’s May Pet of the Month 🐾👁️👁️🎾

Most likely to be found splooting in the lobby, staring into your soul with his mismatched eyes, or charming his way into extra treats from The Reed team. Equal parts fluffy, dramatic, and lovable, Willie has officially become one of The Reed’s favorite residents.

From bilingual besos to high fives and spins, there is never a dull moment when Willie is around 💙

Meet Kirby! The Reed’s April Pet of the Month 🐕‍🦺🐾🎾

One of our favorite front desk friends, Kirby is an Olympian swimmer, expert treat detector, and a little guy with a big bark!

He can often be found on the South Bank Amphitheater in deep pensive thought. Please give some pets and say hi if you see him around The Reed Southbank!
