We are beyond thrilled to be included in Chicago Agent Magazine's Who's Who 2026 Edition.

This recognition wouldn't be possible without:
- the incredible clients who trust and refer us
- the industry partners who support us
- and the amazing team at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago

Thank you for being a part of The Going Beyond Group's journey. We are proud of what we've built and even more excited about what's ahead!

We go above and beyond the transaction…to get to the heart of what matters: Clients Moving Confidently 🫶🏻

We empowered clients at all levels this fall:
📌 First Time Home Buyers
📌 Experienced Investors
📌 Cash Buyers
📌 Out of town Buyers
📌 Business Owners looking to expand
📌 Business Owners looking to cash out

And we also helped landlords and rental clients find the right matches for their unique scenarios!

We are honored and grateful for all of the opportunities and referrals! Lots of big moves as we close out 2025 and we can’t wait to see how those stories continue to unfold in the new year! 🎉🏁

~MEET THE TEAM~

Introducing .dreezi - our “resident baker + candle maker!” 🍪 🕯️

Jesse joined in early 2024 and has been a valuable and effective member since day one. You know how you meet someone and just know it’s going to be a great fit?!

We actually have to thank for the strategic introduction - as she knew we were scaling our business! 🔝 🏙️

Jesse’s skills are a brilliant compliment to what Michelle and Britain have established as their expectation for customer care and business strategy. Jesse loves Chicago and how walkable it is - especially being near the lake. You might see him walking his pup Dexter, who is well loved by all of their neighbors! 🐾

⏩ Swipe through to learn some fun facts about Jesse! He has been in the business since 2021 and has helped renters, buyers, landlords and sellers. He’s especially excited about investment properties and helping new investors and first time buyers build equity through real estate.

We saw the spring market in full swing and our April closings were full of excitement and new beginnings! 🔥🎉

Some highlights include…

•Two new construction SFH developments sold by .realtor in Dunning and Hermosa

•Condo renovated and sold above ask in one of our favorite Buena Park buildings

•New Dental Office deal negotiated by .realtor was built out and opened in Logan Square

Plus we met with many new renters, buyers, investors and sellers to discuss their goals and needs! If you have questions or want to start thinking through the roadmap of how the process works, reach out to schedule a free consultation. We would love to hear from you!

Grateful for the opportunities and referrals 💛
