Nearly 90% of teens want to own a home someday! NAR cites a 2022 Fannie Mae and Junior Achievement survey where 88% of teens ages 13–17 expressed interest in homeownership.

Let’s help them understand what goes into that dream. The National Association of REALTORS® has a FREE guide covering credit scores, budgeting, interest rates, renting versus owning, and saving for a down payment.
