From clearing the land to framing the home, construction is moving right along at Summer Hill.

Since our last update, the framing has gone up, and the home is really starting to take shape. With the fall foliage changing around the property, it’s a beautiful time to see the progress from above. 🍂

The details are coming together on this custom barn addition in Cheshire. 🔨

With the exterior nearly complete and work continuing inside, this project is looking more and more at home alongside the original 1840 barn. From the classic red siding and white trim to the cupola and interior craftsmanship, every detail has been considered to complement the character of the existing structure.

Excited to see this one heading into its next phase 🐎

The exterior is taking shape, from the deep blue siding and crisp white trim to the covered front porch and dormer details that give this home its character.
