🏡 CLOSED — and this one means a little more than just another sale.

818 W Cedar St officially closed yesterday, and I’m incredibly thankful for the opportunity to have been part of this one.

A huge thank you to Matthew and Meredith Aguirre for trusting me to help get this property sold. It was an absolute pleasure working with you both and getting to know more about your story along the way.

This property had a lot of activity almost immediately, and within the first week we were able to put a deal together with a buyer brought to the table by Andy Carlson with EXIT Realty.

For Matthew and Meredith, this sale was about more than just closing on a house. It was about closing out one chapter of life so they could fully move forward into the next one that is already unfolding for them.

Those are the transactions that remind me why I love this business so much.
