Urban Story Ventures recently closed the $6.2 million sale of a portion of the former Arcade Beauty manufacturing facility on Amnicola Highway to commercial real estate and property management firm DNA Partners.

This transaction marks another key step in the ongoing transformation and economic growth of Chattanooga’s industrial and commercial corridors.
