A little patience, a few unexpected twists, and a whole lot of persistence!

This one was a journey! My client originally fell in love with a home that we got under contract, and despite literally slipping down the stairs during the showing, he still really liked the house!

But what we thought would be a straightforward transaction quickly turned into a three-month battle. The home was facing foreclosure, and we found ourselves navigating hoop after hoop, trying to get everything across the finish line. Unfortunately, despite our patience and persistence, we weren’t seeing the progress we needed.

Sometimes, even when you love a house, you have to know when it’s time to turn the page. After three months of waiting, we ultimately made the decision to get out of that contract and start fresh.

And let me tell you… I’m so glad we did!

We picked right back up, got back out there, and found a BEAUTIFUL new construction home that checked the boxes and gave my client something even better than what we started with. We submitted our offer, got everything lined up, and now he’s officially in a home he doesn’t just like… he LOVES!

Real estate doesn’t always go according to plan, and sometimes the road to the closing table looks a little different than expected. But that’s why having someone in your corner matters. My job isn’t just to get you under contract; it’s to advocate for you, help you navigate the unexpected, and keep pushing until we find the right fit.

Welcome to Tennessee!

My out-of-state buyers needed to find a home in Tennessee so they could start a new job and begin this next chapter with their young family. We had a tight timeline, so we hit the ground running and looked at countless homes over just TWO days until we finally found the perfect one!

Of course, the journey wouldn’t be complete without a little plot twist! Closing day came with a few unexpected hiccups, and what was supposed to be a quick closing turned into a four-hour wait while the lending side worked through a resolution. But we made the best of it with some snacks, drinks, and a little extra patience until we finally got the clear to close!

Real estate doesn’t always go exactly as planned, but that’s why having someone in your corner matters. From navigating a fast-paced home search from out of state to working through the unexpected on closing day, my goal is always to make sure my clients feel taken care of every step of the way.

I couldn’t be happier for this sweet family as they settle into their new home, start their new jobs, and begin this exciting chapter here in Tennessee!

Another one in the books for some amazing repeat clients who have become great friends!

This one is extra special because when I say this was THE home they wanted, I mean it! The perfect home, right on the golf course, where they can enjoy the game they love for years to come. And if you know anything about golf, you know it’s the one sport you can play for a lifetime! ⛳️

But let me tell you… this one almost didn’t happen. Both sides walked away, and at one point, it looked like this deal was done. Sometimes, though, all it takes is looking at a situation from a different angle and finding a solution that works for everyone. I was able to put together a solution that brought both sides back to the table, and we got it across the finish line!
