Who qualifies for a VA loan?

Generally:
• Active duty servicemembers
• Veterans (with qualifying service)
• National Guard & Reserve (with qualifying service)
• Some surviving spouses

Eligibility depends on factors like length and type of service, discharge status, and individual circumstances, so it’s not always one-size-fits-all.
