✨ Another happy client! ✨

Thank you so much for the kind review! I really enjoyed helping Keith find his home here in Charlottesville. We looked at a lot of homes and put lots of miles on both of our cars, but that’s what you’ve got to do sometimes to find the right house!

🏡Congratulations to my clients on the purchase of this stunning one-of-a-kind mid-century modern home in Waynesboro!

I had been working with these buyers for the past couple of years, looking for the right home to downsize in with access to mountains, breweries, and golf. This home caught their eye, and it was clear that the owners had impeccable taste and were obsessively meticulous—we love to see that! We negotiated a contract, completed inspections, and now my clients are moving in!

Congratulations to all parties!🥂

Thank you to for being amazing to work with!

🏡Congratulations to my awesome clients on the purchase of this adorable pink house in Esmont!

I met these buyers via an agent referral and I’m so glad I could help them find the one. They saw a lot of homes during their search, took a pause, and then resumed when they saw this pink house sitting on the market. We just had to see it! Within days we were under contract and got to work on all the inspections. A month or so later and they’ve got the keys and are working on making it feel like home! 🏡

Congratulations!🥂

Thank you to .realtor1 and for being so great to work with!

🏡Congratulations to my wonderful client on the purchase of this fantastic home in Mill Creek!

I met this client at one of my open houses and convinced him to work with a Realtor instead of exploring the housing market on his own. Fortunately, he decided to start working with me! We saw many homes together, I led him down multiple dusty backroads by accident, we made a few offers, and we finally found the one!

Congratulations, and welcome to Charlottesville!! 🥂

Thank you to Jamie White for being so easy to work with!

🏡Congratulations to my sweet clients on the purchase of this beautiful cul-de-sac home with Blue Ridge views in Staunton!

Following a year-long search to downsize, my clients were so happy to have found this wonderful Staunton property. I’m so glad they didn’t settle, because when this one came on, it was perfect, and we jumped! We submitted an offer with a home sale contingency, and it was accepted! After a race to list their home and meet all the deadlines, everything went smoothly with inspections and appraisals, and we even closed early!

Thank you to Karen Carpenter-Tacy for being so wonderful to work with!

🏡 Congratulations to my lovely clients on the sale of their beautiful home in Fort Defiance!

This was another sale that needed to happen in order for my clients to purchase their next home. This time, we decided to list the home after going under contract on their purchase. The sellers agreed to a home sale contingency within a strict time frame…and you know I love a challenge! We had 10 days to list their home, and 24 days to get it under contract, and we did it! 🙌 The right buyer came along at the right time and we negotiated a suitable contract. I am so happy for everyone, because now we are closed!

Congratulations to my clients on their sale, and to the new owners on their purchase! 🎉

🏡Congratulations to my wonderful clients and friends on their purchase of this beautiful home in Belmont!

These buyers had been looking for a home in Belmont that had enough space to grown into, home offices, outdoor entertainment space, character, and all within their budget. It took some time, but the right house came at the right time when they found out about this property before it hit the market. We made an offer and it was accepted! After some negotiations, we had a quick close and now they are moving in! 🎉 🥂

🏡Congratulations to my lovely clients on their purchase of a brand new townhome in the Evershire neighborhood in Waynesboro!

These buyers were needing more space and wanting to move a little closer to Charlottesville. After searching for quite a bit, we decided that new construction was the way to go—and much lower maintenance—for their current phase of life.
We were able to pull off a simultaneous home sale and purchase that even afforded them a few days to move in between! Congratulations! We are closed! 🎉

Thank you to for being a joy to work with!
