Have your buyers seen the headlines saying mortgage rates are at their highest point since January 2025? If that has them hitting pause, here's something worth sharing with them.

The rate they see online isn't necessarily the rate they'd get.

Advertised rates can't account for someone's personal situation. A lender looks at things like credit score, debt-to-income ratio, down payment size, and the type of loan program. And even after they find a home, options like a rate buydown or seller concessions can help bring that number down.

That's why the first step is a conversation with a lender and getting pre-approved. It gives buyers a clear picture of what they can borrow and what their real rate could be, so they can make a decision based on their numbers, not the news.

We put together a blog you can use to walk your buyers through it. ➡️ https://bit.ly/3VDmhZT

October is bringing new beginnings.
October is bringing peace of mind.
October is bringing unexpected joy.
October is bringing good health and growth.
October is bringing little surprises and more reasons to smile.

And most importantly
October is bringing me closer to the life I’m building. 🤍
Manifesting doesn’t mean sitting back and waiting for life to change.

Sometimes, in real estate, things don’t go exactly as planned. There are always circumstances beyond our control, but what matters is how we navigate the challenges and keep moving forward.

At the end of the day, the greatest satisfaction is knowing we were there for our clients, helping them overcome the unexpected and finally reach the closing table—one step closer to their dream home. 🏡✨

Because behind every transaction is a story, a dream, and a client who deserves to feel supported every step of the way.

📩 Thinking about buying or selling? I’d love to help you navigate the journey.
