🏡 Huntersville home prices are down 5% from a year ago. Does that mean it’s a bad time to buy or sell? Not necessarily.
According to Redfin, the median Huntersville sale price for the three months ending in September was $563,000, while homes took about 64 days to sell, compared with 57 days a year earlier.
But here’s another interesting number: 337 homes sold in September, up from 327.
For buyers, this market may create opportunities for greater negotiating leverage and less pressure than we’ve seen in highly competitive markets.
For sellers, it means strategy matters. Correct pricing, strong presentation and effective marketing can make a significant difference when buyers have more choices.
If you're considering buying or selling in Huntersville or the Lake Norman area, don't make your decision based solely on a national headline — let's look at what's happening in your specific neighborhood and price range.
