Our team delivered another strong month across the board — rent collection, occupancy, lease renewals, and reviews all hit or exceeded goal.

One number we're especially proud of: Speed of Repair averaged just 4 days, well under our 7-day goal. It's the single biggest factor in keeping good tenants in a home, and it shows in results like 96% occupancy and 79% renewals.

Pam Greene, formerly of PG Management Group, has officially joined our team as our new Operations Manager! Having known Pam for nearly a decade, I can personally attest to her cheerful attitude and unwavering dedication to excellence in business.
Pam is a highly-respected Property Manager, actively involved at both the state and national levels within the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). She also plays a significant role within the Property Management Division of the North Carolina Association of Realtors.
