🎨 Mural Series: Uptown

Every great project has someone holding it all together. At Luminous Lane, that was Treazy Treaz.

This piece, right at the 3rd Street entrance, shows a figure holding a spray can, a tribute to the artists who brought this whole alley to life. Lush flowers, rich blues and purples, and a realism that practically pulls you in to explore the rest.

Treazy's an artist from Brisbane, Australia (a fellow traveler, as far as I'm concerned), and he co-created the entire Luminous Lane project, curating more than 40 artists to transform a forgotten alley into one of the best art stops in the city.

Buying a home is full of places to cut corners. These are the five I'd never skimp on. 💰

A proper inspection. The few hundred dollars here can save you tens of thousands later.

The right lender, not just the cheapest rate. Service and certainty matter when it's crunch time.

A survey, especially on older or larger lots. Know exactly what you're buying.

Good insurance. The cheapest policy is rarely the one you want when something goes wrong.

The right agent. (I may be biased, but the right one pays for themselves many times over.)

Spending a little in the right places up front is how you avoid the expensive surprises down the road.

Here's something most people don't know about me: I don't just sell real estate. I live it. 🏡

Part of being in this business is understanding what real estate can actually do for you, not just as a place to live, but in your personal life and your family life too.
